not really..to test if u can still flash it, just open the keyboard, press "U" and insert usb cable..if it boots up with a dimmed nokia logo and an USB icon on top right, that means u can still flash it..no worries..

there are no known issues of bricked N900 from an interrupted flashing

basically, the file can be named anything you want...

but the flasher command should use the renamed files..

eg : if u rename the fiasco (PR1.3) image to R.bin, then the command should be

"flasher-3.5.exe -f R.bin -F -R"

*note that you have to put the .bin file at the same folder with the flasher-3.5.exe..

Follow one1002's method.
Since you mentioned that the Nokia logo loading it's possible to save the root partition.

If manual flashing fails then it's corrupted NAND memory.

Install faster application manager & install the app you want from there.
It'll auto install dependencies.

Rename to R.bin if you want to copy paste the frontpage guide.

Added on October 26, 2010, 1:59 amOk guys, forget about what others said that PR 1.3 is boring & there are nothing new.
The whole OS feels much faster now.I can multitask App Manager + microB +Some games without any lag at stock setting!
Plus the whole hildon related stuff feels very smooth.

I'll install titans kernel but will wait for a while b4 OC'ing.
Tomorrow test battery life.

always make use of the backup application whenever you are doing something that has risks in failing such as flashing, and installing kernel..also,make a habit to transfer the backup files in external drives (pc/laptop/hardisk) we never know when something bad gonna happen smile.gif thumbup.gif
