n900 is turning out to be the multimedia phone it was never intended to be...

Yeah Fcam amaze alot of people. I am getting like so many hits on flickr just because of the Nokia N900 Fcam photos.

The pictures are actually quite clear.Of course it could be better with flash support.Maybe it'll be integrated in future.

Well...The speaker is situated near the camera.Quite small too.That's why you cannot really expect great sound from N8.
Design flaw?I think it's more like lack of space that cause this.

i try to do it few time but failed, cant even share.

download and install petrovich..then in the sharing account setting, tab on facebook..

then when u want to share pictures,make sure u tap on the options,and select "medium" size..large files seem to give problem when uploading photo

bro~ from 1st page~ it says this~

"Step 1 Access your root using winscp (See network FAQS) or cute explorer
Step 2 Download any (link below) and rename video to n900.avi
Step 3 Copy the video to /usr/share/hildon-welcome/media
Step 4 Go to /etc/hildon-welcome.d/ and edit the default.conf file with leafpad (or something like that)
Your default.conf should be looking like this:
[hildon-welcome]
filename=n900.avi"

but thing is~ i am using filebox to open that default.conf file in Notes, edit n try to save it~ but it says "files for read only"~
how to enable it for editing?

N8 froze for about 4 mins... when try to switch off bluetooth...

the bluetooth dialog box stuck on screen...

had to press pwr btn and hold 8 secs... goes off

only can turn back on when hooked to charger...

dunno low batt issue or bug

since firmware first version i guess can expect bugs...

Filebox is for read function only.Use WinSCP for easier root files editing purpose.

I found the whole "no taking out battery" too troublesome.Some of the issues raised by N8 owners can be solved if battery taken out.

didnt face this issue before. Got 1 or 2 times lag but hang never

same with me never hang but lagging...

nvm, manage to create new file from leafpad in another folder and copy n overwrite the ori file in filebox~
