Sadly, local hobby stores hardly bring in Gundam figures(with the exception of GFF) as they rather bring in stock which is more popular and sell-able. Most of the time, you'd have to resort to online stores(eg. HLJ, Hobby Search) but even still it is pretty rare especially if the figure wasn't too popular.
Personal experience from searching for a "decently" priced HCM RX-78-2 Roll Out Color. But, when I finally got it.
Haih, but now looking for GFF ZII.

Oh, by the way, your best chances in finding one is either in XL Shop or Famitoy(brings in a few limited figures but also in very limited numbers, 1 or 2)

Hmm local shops rarely bring in Gundam-related products not from Bandai (the SCM EX above are from Banpresto)

pre-assembled inner frame is good 
i wish Bandai use it on RG grade gundam so that i never broke any tiny inner frame

I build one before. The problem is that the inner frame is very flimsy. They get detach easily. End up I glue most of the inner frame parts. =_=
But none the less, I love their design, and easy assemble too

Hmm Zaku.. I saw they are selling the full armor zaku, and also PG Zaku... LOL.. than for the contest.. I did see a few but some are just normal.. the way I see it.. I just photo shoot those are unique because the time I reach there was 9pm.. and the event closes at 10..  well.. I'm going to prepare my gear to go again to camp there for a 1 day on this weekend especially the price giving ceremony.. I Wanna see who get what price yeh!

I saw the SD was quite nice.. because for the diorama It's kinda troublesome to do it.. a messy job hehe.. as for 1 of the diorama on the PG Zaku.. was really Awesome!
