the zaku looks like having GINN's missile pod,SEED Zaku beam axe,and standard zaku gun...not to mention other new weapons

In the movie,Harute was inflicted with heavy damage and went under heavy repair before being renamed as Gundam Karute.
Marute is a gundam dockable to the Karute and the combination is called
"Karute Marute"
