All price for our product are subject to change and also min requirement is 300sqft if not extra surcharge will be impose. Price quoted is exclude delivery. Transport is free is order above 1000sqft for floor coverings. For big project, price is negotiable till satisfied. Call us now to inquiry. ^^

All stock are subject to availability hence do call in to book your favorite design and series.

Noted that colors may be different by dye lot.

All orders will be done by official PO and to be paid deposit 50% when PO is confirmed and balance on site delivery (for supply only) or balance on completion (for supply and install). Final quantity is concluded once project done and will be sign off by both party. Hence satisfaction guarantee for both parties

All orders are finals and non refundable once installed on clients site and sign off will be given after completion of installation.

What is nylon 6.6 ??

Nylon is a man made product. On the man made side, you will see primarily three types of carpet fiber. These are polyester, polypropylene, and nylon. Within nylon, there are two groups: nylon 6 and nylon 6.6. Nylon 6.6 is the premium nylon fiber. It is the fiber that is most often specified by professional architects and designers. The reason is simple: it is the most resilient. Nylon 6.6 performs well in commercial settings like offices, airports, and other places that get a lot of wear and tear. Nylon 6.6 has additional molecules that give extra strength and the resilience compared to nylon 6.

Vinyl flooring is waterproof. We know that hardwood flooring is sensitive to puddles of water on its surface which need to be immediately dried up with a towel or something else. Moisture makes wood expand or contract, which creates many problems to the flooring. Vinyl is safe from this. It won't soak up the spilled water as you can clean and dry them up any time without adverse reaction of water staying too long on the material. Stain resistance is something else that vinyl flooring is good at - something that is very advisable to avoid with wood floors. As an added benefit, the vinyl material lasts for a long time in a home that has this flooring installed and if you have pets at home that might scratch your floors with their paws, you don't have to worry about this with the vinyl wood flooring. This is scratch resistance, much more so than hardwood.

As I mentioned above, they are a great alternative to real wood flooring, giving your room a great solid wood look and giving you a real cheaper alternative when it compares to solid wood flooring. Installing vinyl wood plank floors is not difficult at all to do at home. To install them all you need is having a utility knife with a sharp place and a tape measure to get the measurements right before laying down your flooring. You can either install them over a sub-flooring or over concrete directly. It is only important for the foundation to be smooth, without any bumpy surfaces.

It will work well in your office or show room premises with alot of people stepping on it and yet can still remain the wood finishing touch. ^^
