Hi Builders Hardware. May I know how much for Luton, Lago, Como and Phoenix?

I wanna get 3 units. I have 2 toilets with "wash-down" outlet from wall 8 inches (from wall tile), and one toilet with distance of 11' (before adding wall tile). Need some advice which model suitable. My reno guy say can use off-set adapter, any "side-effects" using this?
