The white cover is EXACTLY like the ori white iphone 4...

I don't have those screw drivers unfortunately

One is flat just like the original glass on the iPhone 4.. the other one is beveled which is slightly raised and has a curved edge so that it feels better in the hand.

If u use casings.. then go with the flat one for compatibility.
If you would like to use the phone without casing then get the beveled as it feels very comfortable in your hand!

Yes it is definitely possible

U just need to find the right tool in hardware shops

I won't be able to do installations with the 5-star screw (sounds crude)... cause I don't have the screwdriver.
However, one of my customers have gone to Summit USJ and there are some phone shops there with the screwdriver who will help you change it.

I think it'll be a good idea to source out and purchase the screwdriver so you are free to change the back covers whenever you like.

Flash diffuser? Whats that? Is it that little raised metal that extends 0.5mm out of the lens cover?

Anyways... no issues for me. No effect whatsoever in flash photography.
I have read some people in other forums saying that when using the beveled cover there may be some photograph flash issues but I have had no problems.

"It's made of glass, and has no flash defusing lens. The metal ring is under the glass, and it has no effects on photos. Heck, now that I don't have to use a case, all my photos are gonna look better!"
