I think it happens whenever Bnet web server is down for maintenance. It will go back to normal when the web server is back up. There is a linkage that will actually display your account's association with games, whereas when server is down, it is unable to determine the game your associated with. I am facing the same issue but I left it as it is because it gets back to normal even if I leave it there. Seen this a few times already.
