i've set my lappy to max power saver and the result is, my battery shows that 9hrs and 55mins remaining LOL...just use intel graphic,and shut all others apps that i won't really use....

@k-bkeat - so far no negatives from mine...temperature can increase high, as mine just 68ºC but it can reduce fast under 1min and return to normal temp about 47ºC...

Best experience using 4820tg while working..
The battery can hold up from 9am-6pm with 6-cell battery on WiFi mode.

Hopefully after upgrade ram will not effect battery performances. 

lol i switch to intel when i do the index score. i do a test for the index again. got 6.9 hmmm. now my speaker works perfectly fine.. how to claim warranty la like that? @@

erm any update release from acer 4820tg? coz i check it zero ...

the current keyboard is silence, but not very sturdy. ok it's an understatement, the key is shaky! u may wanna test it out in a store first to see if u can accept it. after 1 month of using it, i m slowly accepting it, but they directional key still too small.

anyway, the new spec seem to have like 200-300 points better score out of the box. temp seems nicer, should have good OC potential  if both available, no reason not to chose 6550!

if it not a line in ur protector and it's not a hair in between (!!!) u should really demand it to be fixed! u get that line when u turn to all white and other colors too? get them to fix it!

i dont know why battery care cant detect my hdd temp now. is that a bad thing?

What version is your ACHI ?
Go to device manager, under IDE ATA/ATAPI controller,
Open AHCI controller properties, driver tab, what's the version ?

tried reinstalled it ?
