QUOTE(cowithgun @ Dec 19 2010, 06:17 PM) i only enable the "Pause Windows services in Battery mode". it will pause the following 3 services: ok thanks..i enable =)..erm any other setting @ software make my lappy better ?SuperFetch, ReadyBoost and SearchIndexer These services access HDD a lot and thus, could increase the discharge rate. It is perfectly OK to pause those as they are just maintenance services which don't need to be running all the time. Do note that, you need to start BatteryCare as Administrator for this to work. |

if i m not mistaken, you cant download eRecovery from Acer website. the proggie utilize the c:\OEM folder to perform backup. and that folder is huge.
moreover, i dont think u can use 4820tg driver for 4738zg.... if you want to do recovery, have you consider Alt F10? _______________________________________________________ sorry bad english..i mean use that software to make recovery cd.. do i have any cd for alt+f10 |

QUOTE(cowithgun @ Jan 24 2011, 11:23 AM) no need cd to restore. there is a hidden partition in your hardrive that contain everything it need to fully restore it to factory setting. boot it up, press and hold the Alt key, and repeatedly press f10 before Windows start. thanks cowithgun+pvcpipe..how about acer erecovery..can i install at 4738zg ? copy from 482otg.sorry to many off topic it will wipe everything in your hardisk, both C and D. good luck! |
