was thinking to let go mine.almost 15 months old with extended 2 yrs warranty. Don't have idea to let go.

With virtually no Internet connection, I spent most of the time playing Portal 2, without realizing, I've completed it. So, here's my latest list of completed game:

Is there a way to cool down the palmrest ( leftside ) while playing games ?

Does a cooling pad help with that?

Another thing is , i found another air-intake of the fan on the 4820tg, which is underneath the keyboard.. ( So if i use a keyboard protector, i should be restricting airflow , no? )

I also have the same problem when playing 3D First Person Shooter games using any laptops. My old laptop, my current Acer laptop, Dell xps15, the left palmrest is really hot.

External keyboard so hard to use. Cause I only have one USB port on the left side of my laptop which I used it for the cooler. The other two on the right, I used them for my mouse and external graphic card hard drive. I don't like to use the multiple 4 port USB Hub. It makes my desk looks messy.
