Can you do reformat again and check the boot time?
Without any other additional apps...

The Intel Rapid Storage, is it version 10.1.2.1004 ?

Yes, clean + driver only, no need Acer apps or other apps like office, etc..

For the IRST, you can check it on the device manager, under IDE ATA/ATAPI controller, its the SATA AHCI controller, should have driver version on its properties..

No for power management, camera ok.
Try this one
http://www.station-drivers.com/telechargem...rivers.com).exe

Just directly install the driver through device manager and browse to extracted folder \floppy\x64
no need to install intel rapid storage applications.

my WEI's aero graphic when using intel GPU used to be 4.4

after installed Win7 Service Pack 1, now it's 4.3 !!!

not that WEI matter, just duno why it goes down! hmm.. i also mess around with 11.2 quite a lot recently (tried to get MLAA option, but fail)...

my boot time is slower too! now 25 sec, instead of my best time 22 sec... well, 5 months of usage, with tons of games and applications installed... cant expect too much...

Seems like it is the too much startup problem...

As for objectdock, why not just pin the shortcut to the Windows taskbar ?

i suppose you can burn the CD to a VirtualCD to create the ISO. then, use a USB tool (http://download.cnet.com/Windows-7-USB-DVD-Download-Tool/3000-18513_4-10972600.html) to put it into a USB to make that USB bootable.

never try that before and may not even work hmm.gif if u get it work, share with us the technique!

actually, you dont need the CD so as long as you did not delete / resize the hidden partition in the hardisk or change the hardisk. you can press Alt-F10 during boot up to restore it to faction.
