I've seen a lot of my friends choosing to go to government hospitals for delivery. They say it's much cheaper compared to the famous private hospitals, and they would rather save the money for milk powder or diapers.

With that being said, is there a big difference in the quality of service provided? I'm trying to understand why someone would want to deliver their baby in private hospitals when government hospitals also offer the exact same service.

Please do enlighten me on this.

I always thought they wanna shift responsibility if anything happens all this while
