My wife deliver our first babies which is twins in Putrajaya hospital. I have to say they are bloody good. A lot of private hospital like Sunday or Columbia cannot even match them. The price is only 1/3 of private hospital. Just one reminder every doctors in Malaysia are train in government hospital before they are allow to practice privately. Do consider.

Is just one time trouble. You need to go the local government clinic to register first. Then once you have the record you can request where you want to deliver. You only pay 3k deposit when you admit to hospital during deliver day. Normally the cost is less than 3k for c-sec. My wife opt for c-sec and total cost is 2.8k. You will stay in 1 bed room with full facility like fridge, TV, sofa bed

ok just to confirm with you smile.gif

1. register with government clinic - DONE (registered in KKM)
2. on delivery date just go do hospital like emergency case for delivery without any prior registration
3. pay the RM3k deposit
4. and that's it?

Yes.

In this case they will charge both cost. So the final bill will become quite high.

Natural birth always 50/50. Just see how lucky you are.
