16k in 2017 SJMC - planned natural, emergency c-sec

10k in 2019 Sunway Med - planned c-sec

pricing not really an issue, both have pros and cons in term of hard/soft product

Just asked KPJ Rawang for their maternity packages. Apparently they have discounts up till 30 June 2020 with single bedded normal delivery price at RM2990.

Any experience with KPJ Rawang?

Hi, I had a csec at Pantai KL. Cost 16k for me and 3k for baby

Hi, do you mind to share me the details for your cost as i am having twins now and my current Gynae is Doctor Yap (FGMC) who will leverage pantai hospital KL.
I think currently pantai hospital kl is the most expensive one.

Thanks in advance.

Wife delivered in Tung Shin Hospital on 24th March 2020 under Dr. Choy Tai Foo. My wife had pre-eclampsia therefore the bill will be more expensive

Method : C-sec
Mother's bill : 10.5k

Doctor : Dr Loo Suat Chin, very good, prepare for long queue during checkups.

The people : Generally they're all very nice and friendly, but there's one nurse who's the panicky and rush here and there type, so she can come of as rude to some ppl. But worry not, she's only in charge of the dr's appointment part.

Ward : they do only have 1 floor for rooms, but availability seems alright. No waiting time nothing, and they have quite a few delivery rooms so don't worry about it.

Traffic : the traffic is usually from Shah Alam towards Subang on Kesas highway(especially the summit entrance) . The other way around seems smooth

How much Dr Loo charge for the delivery? Thanks

Just to share, since as you all know FPP got cancelled so I walked in when while starting labor, wife admitted to ward in the morning, delivered in the evening and discharged the next day.. natural birth... total cost less than rm700

Not sure if government hospital is still free for all or they start charging for bed and operations, but that's what they charged me.

For me I still walk in to Putrajaya hospital since they have my pink book details on record.

The nurse at Putrajaya did call me to inform of the temporary suspension of FPP though.
