Hi guys, i am doing a project for my school about Computer Aided Design (CAD) for ps3.
Can u guys pls elaborate the meaning of CAD.. i've try to google it but i still doesnt get it.

lol CAD where architect use for displaying their drawing and make out 3D objects out of the drawing

Not sure if i want to cry or laugh.

But if you're serious about CAD on a PS3, theory wise, with an open OS and some fancy programming, workable compiler and decent optimization, you could do it and it would be pretty runnable due to the Cell processor's FPU crunching abilities.

Got, in theory. If you want to write a report on the feasibility of implementing graphical and FPU heavy CAD software on a PS3 such as ProE, CATIA, AutoCAD and so forth, it is extremely possible and any monkey with a decent enough knowledge about CAD, ops/code optimization and code can do it.

Code and executable proof of concept? Well I hope you know how to compile and optimize code like a ninja.
