i receive a sms saying sime darby bukit raja sales gallery got hari raya open house on this sat (24 aug, 12pm-3pm). anyone going?

Malaysian are rubbish in standing by their right, some don't even know what their rights are, some don't even know there is such thing called "consumer rights". Stand out and fight for your right! SD maybe well known but the houses they built are full of defects, evidenced from water leak problems highlighted by many buyers in this forum. Personal experience, the first house I bought from SD has a leak from inside a wall after a few years of occupation (can't complain because that happened after the warranty period). The second house has a bathroom leak just like many others.

Instead of diam diam, please ask and spread around to other buyers to check the leak proof for bathrooms upstairs and DON'T forget downstairs also!!!

I have signed snp with sime darby and the snp agreement is btw me, sime darby usj development(vendor) and sime darby property(klang) sdn bhd(proprietor).. is it a common practise for sime darby putting in 2 company in snp??

fyi, not necessary need to bring a cheque, you can swipe your credit card if you are lucky...
just make sure your credit card has the 10k credit available..
