this SD ... really selalu delay.. the Avira & Levena project already 2 month completed and till not yet to hand over to buyer... many buyer started to lost trust on SD ... and i heard that for Avira .. owner have to beg them and give kopi oh oh oh... (you know lah what i mean) than only they will release the VP letter... otherwise you wait till your S&P expired..... (ex.. house completd Feb 2011.... S& P expiry Sept 2011 means by August 2011 only can get the VP letter ...

traffic light... means more people will q at the traffic light for U turn lah... and the bukit raja entransce will be forever jam..... I notice all the big longkang in BBR are very full with stagnant water.. seem like the water are not flowing anywhere.. wonder will it flood if continously rain for one or 2 day....

teck soon... you lead.. sure many will follow .. i believe many owner are investor.. so they are just waiting for sale to knock on their door.. for you if you plan to stay there than why wait, just move in... pacak dan kasi naik bendera dan istihar Ellis Home sweet home ... :hehe: nanti malam kasi beli banyak pad lock .. kasi lock lock lock la... :hehe:

HUH... early phase putra height houses design .. a bit retro style leh....somemore already more than 7 years... buy now sure many repair and touch up.. or major reno... mean more $$ burn.. better buy new unit...further more putra height also no much development for the pass 10 years.. only Giant move in and few row of shoplot plus some semi D... slow in development la...

Ellis.. selling at RM303k last time when I enquiry at sales office.. now damn expensive already... I believe the sub sale value for all newly VP completed house (Ellis, Levena & Avira) will easilly reach RM500k and above next year... .. and now imagine the subsale price for later launch Paloma, Fuego & Delmara... IT will be BomBastic.... :hehe: :thumbs:

alamak... the drain water in BBR is rising high and not flowing anywhere.. most probably will overflow very soon in view of the rainy season.... the lake water also very high already.. macam mana..??? morgiah...?

eleven evenue .. 2 storey & 3 storey shop office.. size 22ft @ 80ft .. starting price indication from RM800k onwards.. Bumi get 10% discount... info from sales person BBR dated 20/09... dun know whether got any revision of the above or not..
