Hi, if it was meant for low cost house, the location is relatively too good as its all opposite  Setia Alam semi D units with road connecting to SA. From my understanding, SD usually launches better location at later time...in this case...nobat then cogan, then nahara, then geta, then nefiri..the house is closer and closer to the SA road link..son am quite surprised it was meant for low cost houses and glad not superlink at the same time, cos at current  price rate..it would be too expensive to buy.

There are around 300+ affordable housing in BBR east named Saron 1 and 2.  It was not named PRIMA since it was initiated by Sime Darby and not PRIMA.

The value of the location is kinda in the middle. It is a good location since it next to Setia Alam with connecting road and existing facilities. However, it also close to High Tension Cable and Light Industry Area.

To me, superlink maybe a hard sell due to the negative factors but the location also too good for low cost apartments. In the end, it end up as link houses.

Bank will release the payment. You may check with SD or bank either payment released/received.

I just called my bank. They said pending loan lawyer give instruction release the final payment. I also when to see the house. The exit road from Setia alam was blocked so i enter from the bukit raja main road, the road quite bad. Our house quite deep inside and a lots of construction left & right. My house was not locked, i enter and have a view. I feel the Living, kitchen and master bedroom quite small.

any contractor around saron area waiting for houseownner ? Normally contractor will wait and suggest renovation to be done .

Usually for a DSL, grille whole house around RM5k, Curtain RM3k, Lights+Fan RM3000.

You can't withdraw from epf for renovation.
But you can withdraw to reduce principal, and if it is flexi account, you can use the money for renovation
