crazy... but that area mmg a bit turn off to me. i rejected the two chances to buy BBR1 simply because the area crime rate high. Once, Fuego then Paloma... going for 540k and 480k at that time.

I however bough BBR2 (Geta) simply because of SA amenities and area. Still u never know. Must fence up ASAP.

I chose geta instead of nahara2. Facade better. Near to the connecting road to setia alam... although you masuk geta terus nmpk tiang htc.

For net price 592k hopefully ok lah kot
