I thought those Levena's houses long time already snapped up by potential buyer. How come still got some units available? If you are interested in Levena, most of the on sale lots are end lot or corner lots which asking price around 700k-850k. For intermediate units I think there are still one or two available around 550k-580k, not many units though. If I am not mistaken there are 2-3 units only. My sister just paid deposit for one last week, the purchase price is at 545k. You definately can get more choices for Avani as it is not VP yet and many already keen to sell. This new unit if i not mistaken is under 1Malaysia People’s Housing programme(PR1MA)
