aiya cut shgort la.. to stop the headacne ....before flood happen.. many of current owner who just VP or going to VP in coming year sure will immediate sell their unit before the real Flood happen...

Still can't give any comment la... But looking at he way they VP the houses for Ellis & Avira.... I believe they will only take action if they receive many many complaint on a same issue.. otherwise SD will keep quite.

If you are referring to the possibility of Banjir in BBR because of the poor drainage... then no need to write in to SD for complaint already... because SD definately already know this problem when they build the township.. and that why they send out reminder letter to all house owner ma to sendiri jaga sendiri. Hope they will do something to prevent it for long term.

car porch - fuego.. nampak macam pendek sangat lah dan material pun nampak pelik .. roof zinc type.??... dan itu pillar support porch depan dan tepi pulak nampak nipis dan kecik.. macam tak match dengan size rumah yang grand dan besar...lah..

The entrance at Bukit Raja facing Jln Meru is in transformation..It progressing well .. guess it will complete in another month time... end Jan..?? better make the entrance look more grand .. will attract more peeple to stay..

I see contruction of Delmara faceing lake is progressing slow compare with Avani which is in turbo mode... anyone know why..???

Maybe after doing main entrance.. SD will look into the drainage.. but I saw there is people clearing rubbish and plant from the main drainage at the commercial Taipan facing the single storey house last few week..

aduhhh.. ini SD jawap senang senang aje... clogged drain.. dah jelas itu drainage system are not planned properly or insufficient to support the rising development in BBR... now BBR empty lagi.. kalau penug resident.. sakit lah...

It seem like many are looking forward to buy or just waiting to get the key to their new home.. But trust me once you started to move in you will know this place BBR is unsafe.. You will start to hear and notice robbery and house break in cases is happening every week. It just like resident are waiting for their turn to experience the misfortune.
Well, yes SD did employ guard to ensure safety but it useless because the guard just for show. You guy will know what i mean when you move in.
And the latest house break case just happen in avira house 3day ago. It one of my neighbourhood house. It happen in day broad light.. Take time to uninstall the entire grill to break in while nobody at home and larikan electrical item and other valuable.
Last week another two house break in at older phases of other house type.. What is happenning? SD must have spend plenty on marketing and advertisement to. Create brand name and their product are lifestyle property... Why cant spend additional to ensure the enviroment are safe.. Now i believe the resident of bbr are going thru a Fear life style.

All the guard who do routine rounding are just joy riding around the neighbourhood without any alertness on what to look at... Why i say this is because my neighbour who hse kena break in 3 day ago told me when he reach home.. His car porch lamp and external top floor spot light are on and the garden are in mess.. And the three side window door are wide open.. Which easily can be seen from outside the house. How can those guard did not notice it during the rounding..

Ini mini flood sudah lama berlaku la.. last time i tell you guy ma .. when it rain heavy.. the lake and the longkang in front of house will all overflow.. then banjir lor.. this time sure ONG la... many water.. if you look at geography location.. BBR are sitting at the lowest point of land compare to the surrounding area like setia alam, klang utama, aman perdana etc... therefore chances of major flood is there

Complaint already.. seem like SD know the problem..
The SD BBR township chief En Zakaria also send out reminder letter urge resident to take care and control whatever went into the drain ma..
Now not full with resident also overflow already imagine if it full of resident.. what will happen... more rubbish , more washingm, cleaning
and if heavy rain strike.... we all can swim already brows.gif brows.gif

I always wonder why people like house facing lake... BBR both lake are longkang lake ma..all the longkang big or small in the housing area are connected to the lake... the water are damn smelly and dirty... sooner or later we will see rubbish floating everywhere...in the lake..
