Planing for upgrade. Been going through SA indah 12,13. The price really so high, Indah 13 comes to 800k, indah 12 750k. I mean is only 20x70. Indah 13 indead very nice with high ceiling but very boxy feel, maybe due to no land and width fix at 20. Ya, my house only 20 but 20 65.
Check thgouth bkt, Avani design looks nice. Many windows, but mbr bit small no plce put the baju. chck paloma, agent said no unit, check fuego. so big but ceiling height lost to avani. Manage to catch one fuego at 835k feel tempted but still not sure bank loan ok or not. I mean big house, location so so, but think for another 10 years. Will your salary able to support such house? I no businessman but i felt the inflation so fast than my salary hard to chase.
Any comment on Fuego? or any one interested to let go?

You guys got any good  contractors for grille and autogate  to be introduced. Planning to install in few weeks time.

i am looking for upgrade also, my current house also 20 65, main issue is the back 2 room is small , currently still ok but when both my kids grow up will hv problem then.... i check at avani, although it mention 22 75 but the living hall design makes it smaller then my current living room    the master room a bit smaller also... i was now wondering should i proceed or not....

i check SA indah 13 also jsut now, 3 diff design, the only design i love is the 1 near the end of the road... both room at the back is big, master room also big, living room also acceptable... the best price i can get is 810k, if want facing field is 838k

800k i think i might jsut go for feugo  / paloma... paloma still got 1 unit facing indian school if not mistaken.
is it no /28 38  / 44 ? i forgot which unit i see, not able to view it as the agent don hv the key, ask me wait there but when reach say the key with his fren  the lorry sound is loud when i was outside, but cant test inside the house.

and gng need 85% of resident agree only can be carry out, if there is too many empty house or without resident it will be a challenge to carry out this activity.
