for now, still not received any copy letter from my bank@lawyer bank for payment. (MOT paid)

for now, SD already imposed interest for late payment.

Almost 1 year buying Avani, sign SnP and paid MOT.

Until now, didnt receive any letter from bank asking for payment. Only got billing from SD.

Call bank lawyer, they said still not receive copy of MOT from SD Legal. Haihjj

Got letter from SD as a Prime member. They offered voucher ammount of 2.1k for Avani buyer. Got 2 option;

1. Hitachi AC unit 1.5HP + 1.0HP

Or

2. Fujihome voucher worth 2100

Must reply their offer before July 2012

Avani now already finished.road done.saw some worker did cleaning and touch up..avani also got potential to install fencing.make it F&G..sure bestt..

My selling target as long can cover rpgt,bank penalty,mot, and advance payment should be ok.and also some little profit so that i can use at others place for own stay..im not flipper.just searching for own stay.our early planned to stay at BBR had to change due to my wife posting
