Neobita... min to share how is the unifi being install in your house.. I mean the wiring.. how do they place it.. as i know that the washing are / backyard should have a white box hanging on the wall and a covered floor opening with wire inside.. how do they link this 2 thing.. where do you place your unifi unit...? You stay in Ellis..??

Semalam pigi BBR ... lepas hujan lebat around 9pm.. semasa berada di BBR.. area I notice OH MY GOD water level kat both side lake is damn full and up to max already.. approxiamately another 0.5 feet to touch the tree grow along side of the lake .. waktu itu masih hujan renyai...
lepas traffic light menghala ke flat Longkang besar tepi jalan belakang sales gallery is overpour already..... lepas itu belok kanan menghala ke area perumahan dan notice ke semua longkang sudah sampai max..... air tak mengalir... too bad tak bawak camera.... Net visit mesti mau bawa camera tangkap gambar.....

Agree with your words..SD must study the drain system thoroughly / why water is not flowing at all..?? .. otherwise.. Delmara owner wil have big big problem.. because their house is just next to the lake .....

I tengok longkang besar belakang sales gallery memang link ke tasik.... manakala longkang longkang kecil di kawasan perumahan pulak.. link ke longkang besar ini.. bermakna kalau tasik penuh mesti memaksa air reverse mengalir balik ke kawasan perumahan sehingga longkang penuh.. ALAMAK... ini kedua dua tasik rupanya adalah LONGKANG LAKE... ada ikan pulak i nampak kat longkang perumahan....

walaupun bagaimapun.. siapa mau call untuk rectufy problem ini..?? MPK ke atau SD..?

11 Avenue.. how many shoplot..?? any idea..?? Where is the entrance..??if the concept of shoplot not unique.. it will ended like the BBR Taipan or.. sama nasib like those shoplot facing Jln Meru before BBR entrance.. all also tengah mati katak bertahan business.. so SD must come out with some brilliant idea to make BBR more lifely....

I look at the Taipan BBR.. dulu ada kedai cuci kereta.. now close shop.. itu kedai servis kereta pun business tak baik... cuma 99 speedmart saja yang ok..

I see banyak orang ronda ronda that area... looking for scrap metal dan macam macam... breakin is normal la i guess... especially area baru.. penduduk pun tak ada... macam macam boleh berlaku... Area avira and Levena also many vandal happen....

Oh My God... if not mistaken the developer price is at around below RM310k (early last year)..and now after VP selling at RM460k.. it a whopping RM160k untung for the seller.... over asking price la... that why you have problem getting vaue for the house....

Emmm...... betul betul house prices are escalating upward fast.....I believe if setia city mall and the galleria once open door for business.. surrounding area sure nampak lagi happening...

I believe building mall will not in SD plan at the moment la.. otherwise SD sales person sure will use this as a great strong selling point for the houses or shop office there.. Look at thet way they develop Denai alam, or a more establish Putra height.. SD keep on building houses till it reaches high end Semi D & Bungalow ... still tarak bina mall mall..

BANJIR coming to BBR... even SD send out reminder letter to all house owner to take care and clear all the rubbish in the drain located front & back of their property.. We must stat to buy sampan and keep.

SD should dig the lake deeper to prevent banjir... instead of sending out memo to owner.. now most of the drain at housing area sambung to the main drain ... and the main drain pulak sambung straight to the lake... I alway mentioned that the water are not flowing anywhere in the drain because it already full at both lake...

The main drain all connected to the Lake ler.... Yes.. sooner or later.. it will become LONGKANG lake with all kind of unwanted goodies flowing everywhere... ... now the drain in BBR easily full once have evening rain... imagine it it continue to rain for hours or for continous two day... sure kena standby sampan...

alamak.... I believe SD their drainage are poor and now sending tanker lorry to suck all the water out from the drain... This act is just a contigency plan to prevent flood happen in BBR that will affect their coming launching/sales.... SD should come out with more concrete step
of preventive measure for long term.... otherwise we all morgiah...

Imagine early in the morning.... when look up in the sky.. you see refeshing blue with cool air... when look down to the ground/lake you will see.. floating plastic bag, fish bone, paper, straw, toilet roll. sweet wrap....& macam macam rubbish... and furthermore the smell will be fantastic...
