Any of the Delmara phase owner receive email regarding the RM4,500 worth gift voucher (Fujihome/Dunlopillo bedding product) to collect from CRM office?

Any of the Delmara owner receive the VP letter dated on 30/04/13?

Total outstanding damage for owner need to pay is RM900.99.

Assessment Invoice : 62.43
Quit Rent Invoice: 33.56
Maintenance Charges : 225
Water Deposit: 100
Electricity Deposit: 480

Anyone know that this amount can be pay by credit card?

The maintenance charges is for the SD vendor to collect rubbish and etc for 6 months until Klang municipal takeover.

No really, I'm one of the owner for Delmara, the quality and material wise that not mentiond in the S&P, they will use the cheap quality item such as staircase,
TNB meter area, piping, painting on wall & etc.

The day i received the house key, so many of minor problem. If you gather all the minor problem, it like s**t. Dont know how they repair for my defect list. Total defect more than 50 items.

most are wall crack line, hollow hole everywhere, watermark, tiles crack, bedroom door cant closed, all the doors have scratch mark, leakage & etc.
