Any of the Delmara phase owner receive email regarding the RM4,500 worth gift voucher (Fujihome/Dunlopillo bedding product) to collect from CRM office?

Any of the Delmara owner receive the VP letter dated on 30/04/13?
Total outstanding damage for owner need to pay is RM900.99. Assessment Invoice : 62.43 Quit Rent Invoice: 33.56 Maintenance Charges : 225 Water Deposit: 100 Electricity Deposit: 480 Anyone know that this amount can be pay by credit card?
