anyone please verify your "silence" profile, me here seeing the default setting for this profile DON'T have the vibration alert set to ON... mean if u select silence profile u phone won't RING NOR VIBRATE!!

aiya... i know u can turn on and off lah... what i'm try to say here is that the DEFAULT out from factory "SILENT" profile set the vibration alert to OFF instead of ON... if the end user donno about this then he expected the SILENT profile should only off all TONE but with vibration alert mah... sure lots of miss call as the default set the phone to TOTALLY SILENT!!

TS, u might need to "acknowledge" at the FP regarding the default "SILENT" profile setting, so others know to set the vibration to ON at first before use the profile, if not there'll be lots of miss call/msg later as the default factory setting have something no right out of the box

just try uninstall NOW if u already have it installed... then snap some photo before and after.. check the file size u will know... for me i think it should restore back to original once u uninstall the mods, IF it's not then please trigger me so I can make another .sis for restoration....

it's NOT a flaw... it's INTENTED...
so what we doing now "might" be NOT recommented but desirable...

the root access is the most powerful mode... anything can be done including kernel mods or module mods as everythings can be change and replace...

taking photos in "no camera allow" place mah... like aquarium/muzium/gallery...

if it's work with u then sure others can work too... as i can recall this mod is kind of tricky as i've to to modify the mod to meet my required installation name but it will failed until i use the original mods name... so i wonder...

but for the mod u provided if it work for u, i'm sure it should work for others too... i will try later as now in office...

third party file manager do can READ ONLY for system files but can't WRITE it... same goes to the system folders....
so what the most important thing would be FULL root access....

the camera sound mod should be fine to use the "old" mods for the S60V5 devices, as compared the N8 fw with the mods it seem it's should work!!
