Download error? try restart your phone.

I download it from another web and copy the installer into my phone. It installs well but unable to open. The same happens for both. Any luck for you?

If we use bluetooth mouse with N8, does it comes with USB bluetooth dongle which is to be connected via USB OTG Cable?

Or we can connect it directly with N8 Bluetooth? Any model/brand recommendations please?

TQ

I have restarted the phone twice, and the default battery indicator as well as 2 widget indicates that the batery is still full.

The last I charged was this morning at 7.40am. Then I used it to answer a few calls and sms with downloading some applications using wifi at the same time. I dont think the battery will still be at 100%

Attached screenshots

This would made me difficult to determine the status of battery left

Guyz

As mentioned yesterday, my battery is still showing 100% as at today 6.48am. Last I charged was yesterday 7.40am. I have restarted the phone several times, but the result is still the same. Anyway I can check the percentage of battery left?

Click on the battery icon in homescreen and click once more in the popup, it will show the percentage... the bars are not accurate...
*
The problem is it shows 100% when I click it, do you believe it after using it for 24 hrs and still 100%?

Edit: After restarting for the 5th time, it shows the battery left is 70%, its great for N8 after using it with on and off wifi and installing applications. rclxms.gif

It is not accurate.

Any chance to get it more accurate apart from waiting for firmware release?

it's on the front page, look for n8 hacks, restart after install
*
Can we uninstall the hack if we are not satisfied?
After uninstalling , will it set to the default settings or we have to reformat the phone again?
Will this void the warranty?

Software wise won't void unless you change your product code or something like this...
any softwares if cause software problem just hard reset it...problems gone smile.gif
*
As you know if we hard reset the phone, we need to backup and reinstall some programs back to the phone.

That is the reason I asked, if we could just uninstall the MOD, and the phone will set the default settings to the camera

I'm planning to get a bluetooth mouse for my N8, as I already have Nokia SU-8W Keyboard .

Can I just get any bluetooth mouse without the USB transceiver and use the N8 Bluetooth to pair? If there is specific brand/model to works on N8, please help me specify it.

Thank you everybody

What would be the best settings for GPS, as for me I left Internal GPS and Network based ticked, whereas the others left untick.

How long do you guyz get gps locked the position?

I'm using garmin, and it takes around 1 min.
