Have any of you tried taking out the sticker behind the phone?
I read from earlier post that it can be taken out and stick it on warranty card.
However when I wanted to try I noticed the sirim and warranty sticker is stick on the phone and not the nokia sticker...
I asked more than 5 Nokia outlets and all of them say it's not allowed to take out...
Even when I call Nokia careline they don't allow me 2

I hope so cause the person from Nokia careline said can't.
I called the 1300-88-1600 number listed in the warranty card.
I just don't want to risk losing my 2yrs warranty.

Any1 know where else I can get a confirmation? I tried going NCC Times Square today but it is packed.

Erm, I actually quoted Nokia N8 clearly to the person. She even reconfirmed my model with all my details...

If u ter-delete the app u can dl it from ovi. I saw cnn from ovi but din see natgeo though

Have done as per instructed. Btw I'm impressed with N8 able to capture the surrounding clearly when the sun is so damn orange bright

How to take good pic

The functions is similar to N8 and the quality that comes out is quite good using my N8. Unfortunately I'm still a noob in this.

I found a bug in my N8

When there's an incoming call and when i take out from my pocket the screen is black (tested few times by letting it ring till drop yet the screen remains black). Gotta unlock in order to see the screen.

Next is when I'm gonna make a call then screen goes black by itself. Same case where I gotta unlock to see the screen.


Ps: Confirm is not proximity sensor because it happen for whole week and I tested it numerous times holding the phone in front of me. It happens randomly though

Swype is already out on certain websites however only in beta stage so does not work in potrait

I'm sorry if this seems to be a double post but after reading so many times i really still do not understand on the problem regarding the screen.
How do you identify on the problem and what is the problem?
After reading andy's post I hope i'm not one of those who did not notice that my phone has problems.
Can anyone kindly explain to me so I can check?
