no.. it cant.. becoz it only show "send to cell" & "send to friend"...
but nvm, i already find the conclusion.. but didnt try it yet.. if this method possible, i will share with other..

because even i connect wifi using my netbook, i need to setting the IP address & DNS manually.. So, i didn't know how to manually config. N8 IP & DNS..
the solution that i can choose is using my desktop (which connect using LAN).. & download the apps from the ovi store, and then transfer to my phone..
