DiGi's 3G coverage is really bad.

Battery inaccuracy like that has been a problem all the way to when I was using an N95. At first, battery level stays high all of the sudden drop to critical within 3 hours.

Went to NCC to complain, first they reset battery polling la, reset software la, lastly they change battery. Still got that problem.

godlike spec does not promise a successful for a phone, afterall it is the stability of the OS and user experience. who will like a phone which need frequent restart or hang always? a smooth and stable OS with relatively strong hardware will make a phone success IMO

me very sad... coz then can suck alot of free games and themes... and maybe got 1-to-1 class on photography by aspire2006...

N8 stock still shortage? Very eager to get mine and i'm worried that those Nokia Centres are selling way above the RRP pricing.

just some observation on the N8 operation... it kind of shaky and will have random crash... 1 thing good would be it back to alive real quick so make u feel it's ok if u doing something that not so serious...

battery... i'm not satisfy with it performance yet... let's observe more...
i say so because un-plug my charger this morning 7.30am (full charged), bt connected to PC once in the office, bt transfering some files a few camera shots... till 4pm still have full bar... then go 3g online surfing for less then 1 hour (crash 2 times) the battery bar fall from full bar to 50% (7 bar to 5 bar) ...

tested the energy profiler... the N8 idling current drain abit highier then the 5800xm which is around 4mA~5mA... but 1 thing i found quite impressive is the screen brightness giving not much different for the lowest setting and the highiest setting which is lowest ~100mA where high setting draw ~110mA about 10mA different... 

WOW 3 days? That really good for a touchscreen phone... 

I will set the phone to GSM network only, wont be using 3G (using prepaid), guess that will save a lot of energy.

just wanna users of this phone...does the phone lag when multi-tasking?...considering that the processor is only 680mhz while today's smartphone goes up to 1Ghz...

no need lah... just switch will do all the trick... selecting dual mode will make the 3g having highier priority mean it will more prefer connect to 3g when it's available... last time i facing with my 5800xm was the phone out of sudden "stuck" and no network at all... later found it's due to bad 3g coverage here where the phone on/off switching between 2 mode then stuck later on...

hehe... shoot up my lappy 3GHz quad core when surfing sometimes not just lag but crash as well will happen...

In short, dun judge by mere the numbers and values of RAM and processor, but, at the same time, dun be greedy - dun expect it to be as fast as iPhone or a computer and multitask too many apps at once
