Thank you for the compliments, you're getting there too! i bet urs will turn out MUCH nicer biggrin.gif

As for the rad, it's awesome! I'm able to get good temps. Last time, used the swiftech 360 radiator but no gpu block, cpu was idling around 41c and load temps are ~55c. With the feser, now using cpu+gpu+mobo block, my 4890 idles at 37-38c, load at 55c cpu at 39-40c, load at 49-50c. These temps are with no airconditiong, ambient around 26-28c.

I'll try adding more fans to pull the air cos currently, only 4 fans pushing (Coolermaster R4 red led).

It's alu, so a bit easy to bend. Used bench wise, metal blocks and teflon hammer (custom made) hehehehe. Yang ni nak pakai utk TJ07 la bro, kalau ada order i can design for all rad sizes, can mount vertical or horizontal too. biggrin.gif

Had to re-design the rad holder to be much more sturdier, changed the material to mild steel and extended the legs biggrin.gif . Did the 5.25" bay side cover with the theme name cut out using laser cut.

Update 4

This is the design i did for the custom mod top for this project. Its made of transparent black acrylic with the project name etched below, hoping that the light in the case will help to shine the words when viewed from the top. Here are the images, the bottom holder is still in the factory... for this picture i just used my hand to place it on the case... biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Yes it can be done. To minimize or to sell at a very attractive prize, i need quantity. If i can get orders, definitely it can be done.

bro, u can produce all those stuff for tj07 user.

Thanks biggrin.gif . Both are acrylic, bottom frame is Black Acrylic and Top Cover is Transparent Black Acrylic. Yes, you can cut a custom image, but i need to see the dragon image first, coz if it's too pointy or narrow, the acrylic might break during cutting. Once you have the drawing pm me, will let you know the cost.

Update 6

This is the custom inverted backplate design for this build. Used a 1.5mm (thickness) aluminium. For those who wants to see the process of laser cutting, i've uploaded a video YT. Hope you guys like it. Also mounted the rads biggrin.gif.

I am really happy with this version of the rad holder, was able to support the rad's weight. The previous one was a bit wobbly. biggrin.gif
