This is the current project i am working on at the moment. Silverstone TJ07 with iATX code name : Project Concepts. It's the initial stage, just got all the internal parts powder coated black. Will post more image as the work progresses.

Updates 1

Mounted the Cooler Master 4-in-3 device module and converted the 5.25" bay into a 4 x 3.5" HDD bay area. Received the custom designed Black Acrylic cover for the HDD cooling fan and also the white acrylic for the mobo area base today.

What do you guys think of this ? Anyone know where i can find a black coarse thread screw for the fans. I know CM comes with the black ones, anyone has extra ? biggrin.gif

The arctic F12 really looks nice with black interior, peeled off the sticker coz their disti here don't want to sponsor this build...hahahaha biggrin.gif [Joking!!]

Thanks biggrin.gif. Just the inner side is Black and the bottom cover is white acrylic.

Thank you for the compliments, you're getting there too! i bet urs will turn out MUCH nicer biggrin.gif

As for the rad, it's awesome! I'm able to get good temps. Last time, used the swiftech 360 radiator but no gpu block, cpu was idling around 41c and load temps are ~55c. With the feser, now using cpu+gpu+mobo block, my 4890 idles at 37-38c, load at 55c cpu at 39-40c, load at 49-50c. These temps are with no airconditiong, ambient around 26-28c.

I'll try adding more fans to pull the air cos currently, only 4 fans pushing (Coolermaster R4 red led).

Just finished designing and manufacturing a custom quad rad holder. Looks nice biggrin.gif but have not mounted on the TJ07 yet. Also powder coated it together with the Kingston Hyper X ram heatsinks. biggrin.gif Here are the images biggrin.gif

Yup, like phobya!!! biggrin.gif . Thats 2mm aluminium. Need to perfect the design and later maybe mass produce for all the rad sizes biggrin.gif .

I did ask a forumer here biggrin.gif but no reply, luckily there was a small piece lying in the workshop's store. It was cut using CNC waterjet.
