Brunei is boring. No alcohol, not much entertainment. The shopping mall is a joke. I really have no idea what to recommend you to buy.

by a cheap entrance ticket( i have forgotten the price but not expensive) and the foods,I didn`t spot any difference between malaysian foods and Brunei food other than the price different~~double price~~ And...a crocodile farm near the border of Brunei~~it is interesting~~.. And..the Brunei`s Sultan palace~~~..it is VERY BIG,grand and beautiful~~ |

nothing much in Brunei..in addition to above, just to fill up your time you can try:
- Royal Regalia museum, where the stuff for King's coronation is kept (real vault!!) and gifts from dignitaries around the world to King Brunei... - Kampung Air - Golden mosque... |

brunei is a peaceful country!
lived there for a decade then i move to Malaysia >< bruneians are polite and nice. . unlike. . most *ahemm* but, i love MY because it is definitely more fun and entertainment. For food, Brunei's Rice is somehow nicer than My's . AND the "BAOS" (its handmade!) |

You see, the major thing about Brunei when it comes to cheap..definitely oil prices. Life is not so pressuring there.
The only tax you get is Road Tax and it's really cheap. Car like Vios is only B$20 or less per year that's like RM50. Cars are cheap as well . B$20 or RM44k can already get you a high spec vios. Apart from that, no one pump Ron95 into their car. They pump Ron97..reason? Ron97 is only B$0.53 per litre..tat's like RM1.1? |
