I'm torn between buying a full hd 42" LCD TV or Panasonic 50" PLasma HD Ready both falls under 3k

So I need advice to choose

Do you watch DVD/ TV / Astro (non-HD content) often?
Do you watch HD often?
How far are you viewing it from?

if lcd dunno, but if plasma, 50' is the best...but its depends on ur distance....for me, 10~12 feet, 50" plasma is the best...ur eye will tell the best..not us..

it also depends on how big your wall is.. hehe.. I initially bought a 50" Plasma then later changed it to a 42" LED which I'm thankful for... if not it would have eaten into my two wall lamps' space.. laugh.gif

IMHO, if your source is mostly HD, then go for HD ready. If you have mostly 1080p medias like blurays, then go for Full-HD. blush.gif

Plasmas consume more than LCDs... just check out the specs through websites and you will know.

for 7-9 feet, more or less 2 meters...50 inch is the best

42 inch too damn small....especially with those 2.35 aspect ratio films

that's because he positioned the tv too high up. nth wrong with the tv size.
