I just called to Newfield office a moment ago and confirmed by the staff, they are preparing the handover documents now and we will be able to receive the notification letter within next 2 weeks.

Checked with AM Bank & confirmed by them the final disbursement will be done by today. Those buyer who is using AM Bank can call to developer to made appointment for key collection.
