i went to the site previously.....but it seems tat the place is a little bit inside.....and pass thru a lot of low cost place....

good for investment meh?? own stay i m not sure la....

hmm, this sanderson a little bit overpricy oledy...but serdang is nt really a bad location, at elast better than kajang and bangi, this location near to bukit jalil and TPM, and quite easy acess to kl-seremban highway which all the way can lead to smart tunnel (to kl) or federal highway (to pj)....just the price is way too expensive...if let say price at around 230-250 psqf, will be more reasonable....
