Just got a call from Maybank saying there is a first drawdown 10% from my loan. I wonder in the case, the developer will pay for the interest at this moment, but do we need to pay for the principle?

am doing this to secure a fair price for all owners of sanderson & to serve as a benchmark for bukit serdang high end condo.

But not for pushing the price sky high, we need to be fair to sub sale purchasers as well. coz if the end price is too high no buyers will actually able to purchase.

I went to check out The Sanderson today. I saw the two barbecue pits. The size is only like a quarter of what I usually see in other condo - about 1 ft x 1 ft. Don't you guys think this is very small?

As for the sky garden at the top floor of the block, there's nothing there but tables and chairs. It would be nice if the barbecue pits are at the sky garden. Not sure how this sky garden can be used....

Loan from Ambank. so far not received any notice of loan or interest repayment. Just wonders how about others...
