Should be Aug 2012, the pictures were taken in early September.

I am a design and build interior designer. I own a unit C in sanderson also, planning for own staying. Recently I reno a house in villa park so always go observe the progress.

I think you guys better pay more attention on the final built quality instead of looking at those small variants of design and also how's the 2 arc of greens and jogging place..

Please be informed that it is just the beginning stage of planting. Based on program, more trees will be delivered when project moves towards Completion/Final Stage. (Expected plant delivery in March 2013).

The size of the trees have been specified by our Landscape Architect to optimize the stability and healthy growth.

Rest assured we would not skimp in providing greenery to this project.

Ya, i also have agent called, but i wont sale at rm420k, too low for me, now really cant get good condo and comfort in this market.
