Its best to bring together your sports attire and shoes to work, and then can just come to the gathering & change (I think everyone else is thinking the same like this)

Oh yeah, don't forget to bring cameras.
But on top of that, please be careful not to lose it (or any other valuable stuff you guise have along).
Because in the midst of excitement, well, we might be careless and later cry if lose a laptop or iphone

Assuming that majority will come after work/classes, I repeat again:

1. Bring your sports attire and equipment together to work. When you come to play, can just change, no need go back home.

2. If you are bringing valuable items, be extra careful. Best not to bring any, or have someone to help watch over your items.

3. Do not forget to bring water for yourself.

4. Do not forget to bring money to help share-pay for the courts and shuttles. Adrian will inform how much each one have to pay.
