18-250 for general.. 50f1.8 for lowlight (or when 18250 can't fulfill you in term of shutter speed + high iso)

SP60 is better imo.. but depend on how the people favour the focal length.. SP60 is f/2 SP90 is F/2.8 (1 stop diff)
and SP60 is around rm100 expensive than SP90 if not wrong.. |

as long as sony still use a-mount, den should be no problem.. (for current sony alpha camera, only sony alpha NEX use the e-mount)

about the stacking.. i not very sure, but somehow flash can make it*(at night)
with long shutter and multiple flash to freeze the action (but like ghost la)... |
