Added on October 23, 2010, 12:53 amaisks, not silent WAVE motor, that word is for canon ler, their trademark... lol

its just auto focus silent (AF-S) the S never mean its high speed or low speed, but their 70-200 F2.8 is AF-S also but highspeed, while thier 18-105 is AF-S but normal motor.

that's both laptop and desktop right? I mean the desktop connects 2 monitors and the laptop connects to one..

No it can't fit. Even though it can, when you turn it to 18mm , there'll be a black frame around your picture.
Nope, Both the diameter is 55mm.. Juz the shape of the hood adapter or sumthing..
1. allows 2 batteries
2. easy for portrait shots
3. adds weight.. makes your camera feels more solid and .. i dunno how to say. =D
Those 3 are the only 3 i know..

SEL1855 is the E-Mount for NEX isn't it? It's definitely 49mm since I have a 49mm filter on it lol..

quiz for u all

borrow father 500,
borrow mother 500,
buy shoes 970
balance 30
return father 10
return mother 10
remain 10
debt - 490 + 490 = 980
remain 10
where is 10?
*
Lol this is so not right... Basically the money u owe RM980 would be the value of the shoes RM970 and the remaining money u have which is RM10... RM970+Rm10 =RM980... Nth wrong with it what... RM20 missing is because you already returned Rm10 respectively to ur parents....

Guys, I need some help on buying extra battery for Sony NEX...

Looking through eBay, I see a lot of sellers selling Sony NEX battery that resembles/looks exactly like the genuine packaging so I am confused which ones are actually genuine... Apart from that, our original battery is only 7.2V, 1080mAh... There are a lot of advertised ones are like 7.4V, 1500mAh.... I was wondering if they would pose any damage to my camera if I use those?

For example, this one looks exactly like the real thing..

this one seems to be the best selling one but it's 1500mAh

I am thinking maybe I should go for the best selling one as it might sound more safe? Please help

p.s. I double posted this in diff thread cause A55 n A33 users might have experience and more sifus here to consult...

what about now??

Added on November 12, 2010, 8:22 pmfor the first one, the seller doesn't answer me much when i asked him, just say no worries, long battery life...

the 2nd one with 'original' packaging, the seller told me that it's a high copy one made in china and quality as good as original...

seems like not much ppl have comments for 3rd party battery from eBay.. Anyways, I just bought 1 from Digital Rev cause it was the cheapest and shipping time is much shorter.... Less than RM50 after converted..

nah u become amongst the first to do a review loh~
actually 3rd party battery is here already for long time..
no need to go to ebay..
u buy here, get it in 2 days only..
(:

Yea I know, but even for 3rd party batteries there're a lot of varieties, some are near the real thing and perform similarly while some are really and not decoded....

Anyways, I am studying in the UK, so everything would be so much cheaper if bought from eBay lol...
