Cost price & R&D decides the price.
Lets see: The cost of the parts are pretty much the same. R&D wise I guess Nokia spending more right now.They have way more devices & 3 OS to maintain.They have to pump up more funds for everything. Apple's main spending on R&D should be the hardware part only.Even that they managed to phail with the antennagate problem  Also Apple don't have to spend much on iOS.Overall it's one of the simplest OS around & since it;s closed sourced it's easier to maintain. |
