I don't feel as if i'm throttled at all. If you see the bottom right monitor, the reason why download is only 1.6 mbps is because the torrent i am downloading is not well seeded.
When switch to better seeded torrent i can get 1-1.2 MB/s which is the maximum speed i paid for
