just quick questions
1) if i got rebate/discount offer by developer (eg. 10% so no need to pay down payment) does this shud be stated anywhere in my S&P (or any letter etc)? otherwise the default payment schedule ask me to pay 10% after S&P is signed.
2) can a developer charge a buyer with LPI if S&P yet to be signed?
