Hi Dariofoo,
I recently purchased an auction property and would like to check if this is a must to pay as the lawyer is telling me that there are 2 type of fees i will need to pay: 1. Deed of Assignment fees (Transfer the property to me) 2. Loan documentation The bank panel only mentioned about loan documentation but didn't mentioned the DOA. Must I pay? |
