We assigned the same solicitor for loan agreement and SPA. Is the charges reasonable or can have more deduction??
The Purchase Price is RM449,900. And the Loan amount is RM411,000.

I bought a under-con property which the SPA borne by Developer. Here is the quotation for Loan Agreement as per attached..
