Hi guys, want to know Registration Transfer - RM1500 this is so expensive? by the way snp is 340k new house from dev.

Added on April 19, 2011, 2:12 pmdear Dario i called the pejabat tanah in jb and they say pendaftaran baru in pejabat tanah for new house to owner is rm1500 for house 340k. not sure is the pic kelentong me or not. as i tell her lawyer say you charge 1.5k.

hi dario, can you advise me on how to put on stamp duty for tenancey agreement? rental amount is rm550 a month x12 (option to continue another 1yr). thanks

hmm, both are identical copies, so just wack one 17 and 10? btw who shud hold the pricipal copies the tenant or landlord? thanks alottttt
