This is a job i did for a fellow forumer nam3le5s. It was a 5.25" bay side cover for his Cooler Master HAF-X chassis. Did the cutting using a CNC waterjet machine. The material was a 2mm mild steel plate. Those of you who might not have witnessed how powder coating is done, this post is for you
 Hope you like it    The side cover after cutting.  The sanding process  Surface preparation - cleaning with chemical  Getting ready to be powder coated.  After powder coating - going into the oven for baking  Coming out of the oven.  A close shot I did not just take photos to illustrate, i took video too . You can see how the powder is being applied.Hope you guys enjoyed watching the video. I am sure nam3le5s will post some images when the job is completed  |

At the moment only white and black

I am just saying that apart from Black, White is also available
