Yes, ready stock. Tuning depends on engine condition and driver requirement.

The first hole is at the intake manifold, but due to carburator setup and FICD control , that why we put it after the FICD.

There are few intake manifold vacuum point we can install. All going back to the same place, the intake manifold.
EFI also same but different engine setup, different type of installation.

I just wonder, since TAB is installed to allow air swirl and flow to the manifold which create better mixture, however TAB doesn't go through an air filter, meaning dust may go into your engine via the device. Anyone can clarify this concern?

Even performance filter also unable to filter all the dust bcoz they design to more flow friendly.. you will see ur intake manifold will be still dirty or mayb more dirty den before if u use aftermarket air filter.. if u really care about this matter den stick every parts of ur car in stock mode... den ur engine will be "cleaner".. if u still consider to get this gadget.. 2 suggestion for u.. 1)clean ur intake manifold often when u tink is needed... 2)dream it but don get it.. smile.gif

hey bro ice.. just now i have test with the TAB u install for me.. during all the way i head back to MRR2 highway.. i oni can feel slightly improve on gear change become smoother and easy to maintain speed with just light tap on pedal.. everythings seems fine with the 1800cc tuning point that u had set for me.. 1 more thing.. idling maintain in 800-900 during idling or P mode. thumbup.gif

at the night time.. i have dinner at selayang.. heading there by using ldp.. long way and jam.. cant really test it.. but can feel the air was coming in.. b4 install the tab.. my full exhaust power comes after 3.5k rpm but just now went back @ 12am and rev in ldp.. powers comes in at 3k rpm( earlier lol).. dono shud be happy or not haha.. but really can feel the pick up... just now went back.. kena cucuk by vios... mayb bcz i pump ron95.. need to press harder oni can push the rpm climb fster to 3k rpm den power comes... gear change smooth~ bb to the vios from rear mirror lol (not street racing just normal speeding oni) and reach home safely~

when i reach my home.. i set the point to 1600cc.. see got any difference or not.. thinking to try after this tank but cnt ctrl myself,, wanna observe smtg difference.. wish can see another difference on tmr rclxm9.gif

so far din seen any fuel improvement.. mayb i will observe after few tanks first den oni i give u my result.. btw the sounds are quite funny when the tab is working... if din see it without the hood open.. ppl might tot that smtg goes wrong with my engine with that flow sound lol.. anyway.. thx for ur product bro ice.. don forget to invite me for ur next dyno session.. want to do it so long ad but couldnt get a gang to been for dyno..

I'm more concern on the things that might go into the combustion chamber, not just the intake manifold getting dirty. And from your explaination , mean that it's a gain and lose situation?

To answer ur question.. for me.. i have gain more den lose so far (tested up to 1 day oni cz install ytd)... IMO light dust might suck in but compare to others who use open pod filter + cai, drop in or any performance filter.. that will be just like piece of cake.. common senses.. if u want ur engine to breathe with more air with any aftermarket gadgets... u will have to bare the pro and cons which ever comes with the product.. no1 will force u to buy but the main concern was how u gonna maintain ur engine after using it.

RonnyEM and yikloong88 is driving myvi and their reviews are very details. biggrin.gif (thanks to both members~! ) You will be very happy to have it installed.

Stock is available now.

RonnyEM,

Correct, mod cars have pros and cons. But i doubt any sand or big particle can go into that tiny hole. We tested a year plus and that unit still suck air powerfully, meaning not blocked with any dirt or any other stuff. so, rest assure its not making ur engine dirty.

btw, its not connected to your throttle body , its located AFTER the TB, and air is going one direction which is into the combustion chamber . Normally TAB is install AFTER all sensors and direct into the chamber. This mean it will not make ur sensor, throttle body, or anything dirty.

yea.. and the best thing for this device was u can set ur "lovely point" to control the air flow..this is wat kevin told me and i'm very agree with this point.. in summary.. i will say this is a very basic mod on controlling a/f consumption for ur ride.. even though it is not a electronic tuning finish like tune with e-manage or ecu remap or standalone ecu.. but this 1 is like light/small tuning on a/f ratio of ur car.. yet... im still unable to make a finalize result on it cz i have just test it for a day.. but i will keep update on this thread if i saw any improvement in result changes day by day.. If any member still worry that dust and dirty substance will get into ur engine.. then go to Caltex and pump their petrol... petrol with Techron helps cleaning ur engine while u're driving (saw the ads from Astro LOL brows.gif )

btw..when i was changing the setting of the tab.. i saw the Y connector are not closely connect into both hoses.. it shud be like dat or need to fully insert and connected into both hose? will the hose get loose since the car moving in speed and will be shaky in the engine bay...

the hose very tight one, at the "Y" joint. u can push it inner more but its quite tight also and its safe. will not loose during hard vibration.

Try 1500cc tuning for your myvi. i think thats the sweet spot for 1300cc engines.

Means slightly turn downwards from the 1800cc point?

Yes, slightly between the 1800cc and 1000c point ....just inbetween. if u feels there is more power then 1800c point, then its the sweet spot.
